NDIS participants can choose how to manage the funding for the supports in their plan:

Self-managed

Managed by an NDIS registered Plan Manager

Agency-managed (National Disability Insurance Agency, NDIA)

A combination of the above

If you choose to use a Plan Manager, they will:

Pay providers for supports delivered

Help you monitor your funds

Provide financial reporting for you
